During this summer and autumn a number of trainings in psychology and sales technique took place in Zaporozhye, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Khmelnitsk, Lutsk and other cities. The aim of the trainings is to improve the professional level of the sales representatives and dealers of XADO products and assist them in working with their customers.

The special training program is worked out and conducted by the staff department of XADO chemical concern.

When acquiring the standard working skills of a successful sales representative and a seller, not only traditional methods but also playing and interactive training methods are used.
