The compound is designed for restoring repair of the gear boxes, bearings, reducers and other units of transmissions and for wear protection. The gel forms a new cermet coating with unique properties on friction surfaces and restores geometry of the parts.
Advantages
  • restores and protects friction parts of transmissions against wear;
  • eliminates scratches and bubbles on the work surfaces;
  • restores geometry of the parts;
  • optimizes frictional conformability of gears;
  • decreases noise and vibration of the units by 10 times;
  • increases accuracy of the gear-shift;
  • improves synchromesh operation;
  • contributes to reduction of fuel consumption (especially in all-wheel drive cars);
  • maintains operation of the transmission units during 1000 km in case of oil leakage.
Technical characteristics
General characteristics of the cermet layer:
Microhardness – 750 kg/mm2;
high corrosion resistance;
roughness Ra up to 0,06 mkm.
Application, dosage:
Add the gel-revitalizant into the oil mouth of a gear box, transfer case or reducer of the axle. The dose of the gel is shown below:

1-2 liter system | 1 tube | one time
2-5 liter system | 2 tubes | one time
5-8 liter system | 3 tubes | one time

Treatment is considered to be completed after 50 hours of operation).
Note!
The sure sign of revitalization is a reduction of noise in the mechanism as early as the first kilometers of run.

If noise reduction (i.e. improvement of mechanism operation) stops at some moment, it testifies to extreme wear of the mechanism – the recommended dose should be doubled.

If after 100-200 km run mechanism operation improvement does not occur, the most probable cause is a mistaken diagnostics.Advantages

  • restores and protects friction parts of the cylinder-piston group, crank and gas distributing mechanisms against wear
  • reduces fuel consumption considerably (by up to 30% at idling);
  • increases oil pressure to the nominal one;
  • regains and increases compression in cylinders;
  • increases engine power, improves acceleration capability;
  • decreases noise and vibration level by 10 times;
  • extends service life of the units by 2-3 times;
  • protects the engine from negative consequences of cold start;
  • improves engine operation in 50-100 km;
  • maintains engine operation during 300 km in case of oil leakage.

Technical characteristics

General characteristics of the cermet layer:
Microhardness – 750 kg/mm2;
high corrosion resistance;
roughness Ra up to 0,06 mkm.

Application

Treatment of the engine with the oil system 3-10 liters.
Step 1
Squeeze out the contents of one tube into the oil mouth of the engine warmed up to the running temperature. (Be careful not to drop the tube in the crankcase)

Start the engine and let it idle for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2
Do as described in Step 1 after 100-250 km run
Step 3
Do as described in Step 2 after 100-250 km run

Dosage

3 - 10 L Oil systems:
3 tubes (9ml), pcs (total 27 ml)| treatment scheme: 1+1+1
New engines: 2 tubes

11-20 L Oil systems:
6 tubes (9ml), pcs (total 54 ml)| treatment scheme: 2+2+2
New engines: 4 tubes

21 - 30 L Oil systems:
9 tubes (9ml), pcs (total 81 ml)| treatment scheme: 3+3+3
New engines: 6 tubes

Note!

Do not change oil until the end of the treatment!

Revitalization is considered to be completed after 1500 km run.

Treatment can be done at idling (4 hours are equivalent to 200 km run); New engines should be treated in one step – 2 tubes at one time.

The protective cermet coating forms on any operative mechanism; in case the mechanism (engine) is in critical state (wear 100%) worn parts must be replaced.
